Today was a very simple trek to Rabbit Lake. It was perfect for my last day in Alaska. The view appeared as though God made a black and white pencil drawing of the mountains and lake. No detail went unnoticed. Perfect placement of shading, vibrancy and depth.
Such an amazing journey… Had a chance to follow some of your travel blog and I appreciate you for letting me live vicariously through your experiences. Oh, and the images you capture are nothing short of artistic. You should start a print option collection! Thank you.
Thank you so much for the kind words and feeling inspired to follow along! Love having you here with me! đŸ™‚
Well if you ever make your way hiking through the southwest suburbs of Chicago, I’d love to say hello! Safe travels.
How’d you know that’s where I was?! ;D
Ha! Funny. I doubt anyone would ever hike through Illinois…
Agreed lol! But it’s my home area and there’s a lot of beautiful trails by me such as Swallow Cliff!
Oh, you really are from the area. Yes Swallow Cliff is popular. Used to be some cool toboggan runs. We’re lucky to have such beautiful forest preserves, lakes and trails, not to mention Little Red Schoolhouse. I have to admit I do love a good snow fall and driving down 104th when the trees are covered. As nice as it is, the views you’ve shared are simply stunning.
Agreed! Out of all places to live in Illinois, we are truly blessed for the SW portion! I looove 104th!
It’s awesome that you found my blog. Thanks for taking the time to appreciate it.
